Flee Alaska? I never left Alaska to flee from anything Come now Sooz
you can be much more poetic than that, correct? As far as I conduct
myself, I'm not worse or any better than others here. I never claimed
to be either.

~ Holy crap! The idea that Starlia left so many people in the lurch,
and you were kind and generous enough to cover for her really ticks me
off in light of the fact that she's now back selling beads again as if
nothing ever happened. It's unfathomable why she thinks she hasn't
done anything wrong.

Basically, you bailed out Starlia's business with your own hard-earned
time and art, which equals money.

Not to mention that something (or someone) who tarnishes the industry in
which others are earning their living affects the industry, and that
tarnishes those who were *not* misbehaving. Tsk.

Su sorry you feel that way. They are your feelings. As far as the
entire lampwork community goes, it's much, much broader than this place.

1) My point was that your behavior regarding this matter raised other
questions, not that you fled Alaska for shady reasons. Your reaction
to this whole situation has made people wonder about other things, too
-- you really don't get that?

2) Why would I want to be "poetic"? That has no place here.

3) The way you conduct yourself speaks for itself. Others also
describe your behavior (please see other posts in this thread for
examples).

Yes, and many of the people in it read this group.

You've completely ignored my point. You're hurting yourself. How I feel is
one drop in the big bucket of problems you're filling.

It's a shame, you could be more than this. You choose otherwise.

I was going to say. Your slovenly approach to your business makes
other lampworkers look bad too.

Classic way of saying you're not really sorry for what YOU did, just
sorry the person feels the way they do.

I never said that was okay. But she was commenting on someone's bahaviour
towards their animal - not just kicking someone because their animal got
sick and died. My God you need help.

Oh really? When Sooz said that Marissa killed her bird not too long
ago because she starved it to death was okay? Whatever.
