bead loom plans?
I'm interested in beading on a loom. The ones I see in my price range on
ebay look tippy and limiting in what can be done on them. The wooden ones look wonderful but they are out of my price range. Aside from the online plans for a loom that include using a set of threaded rods does anyone know of a place to find good plans to make a wooden loom? I have moderate wood working skills and have brothers who might just be willing to help me make one. Thanks! Diana -- Weird people need beads, too |

Another addiction. *smirk* I plan to make one with springs and some stretcher bars, although I'd love a fancy loom it's not in the budget. Yet. We'll be looming together shortly, eh? -Su |

Looming our little hearts out! I figure that if it turns out looming isnt
something I want to pursue then the loom and beads are there for Meg. I firmly believe in getting kids hooked on creating as soon as possible. What fun we will have, Su! I found this really cute little loom for the kidlet on eBay a while ago, it's like a bigger plastic version of an Indian bead loom. It's really pretty sturdy and has a ratcheting system for tension. I might have to borrow it....... Ok, now, everyone sing! Blue loom..... -Su |
