New and searching for dress form
Hi, I'm looking for a new dress form (new or used actually, just new for
me). I was wondering if anyone knew a place to get one cheap or if anyone was selling one. Thanks. Isabella |

Isabella Frequently these turn up at yard sales, thrift shops, charity shops, etc. If you know any other sewers near you, you may just *inherit* one if you let them know you're looking. Gail |

Thanks. Isabella Isabella, I purchased my small one (not for me) from eBay. It was a very old one, more difficult to adjust because of the wing nuts and slides, but I got it relatively cheaply. It has a very heavy nice cast iron base and stand. It is much higher quality than the large one I bought at JoAnns or Hancocks. -- Regards, Angela Remove "not" from address to reply. |
