LOL Thank you!!!!!!! I feel like I've been having this birthday for a week.
I love having a 3-day holiday right before. As a kid I was sure those fireworks were just for me. GGG Working on tons of "cleanup" auctions.....more later. And I got new CD's from Amazon yesterday. Listening to Springsteen's The Rising, and Sarah McLachlan's Afterglow. Wonderful!!!!!! KarenK

ROFL!!!! And it's Ringo Starr's birthday, too!!!! Sing the NoNo song with me! G Funny gambling story.....when I turned 17, it was 7/7/77. My folks took me to the Penn National racetrack for a birthday dinner (I was horse crazy at the time, so this was heaven). My Mom placed a bet for my...7th, horse, 7th race. We waited, and the weather started turning rough and murky, with a storm building over the nearby mountains. As "luck" would have it, the horses left the gate, got partway around the track, and lightning struck the tote board!!! The race was called, electrical mayhem ensued. I thought it was great, of course. G Looks like no storms for me this year. The sky is clear and blue. Rats. KarenK
