Those who email me to either the addy associated with this ng or from
my addy in the directory will get Ana's address!

She wants a squishie, not a block, per her words to me. Maybe some
could do one, some the other, and she can have a second set to look at!

Good gracious! I know you all are just the sweetest, most generous group on
the planet now! I've hardly been out of the "RCTQ Closet" for a week, and
here you are, practically throwing fabric at me!

Since you've offered, I'd prefer bold rainbow colors, with very little
pattern or print on them. I don't know what size blocks are going to go
around this Rocky Horror lips panel, or how many, as I'm just finishing the
pattern for the lips applique. I'll probably sketch the whole thing out
tonight, then figure out all the minor details (block size, amount of fabric
I get to go shop for, etc.).

Ginger has my address, as I'm quite nervous about putting it on the web
willy-nilly. I'm sure she'd be happy to give it up to you.

to blow it up to actual size and start with the tracing, etc.

Before any of you go squishie crazy, I've decided upon a layout for this
Rocky Horror/Rainbow HUG I'm giving Johnny. If you'd rather go with a
block, that'll be fine, provided it meets three criteria:

1. 9 x 9 finished size
2. rainbow colors
3. it's preferred the block be strip pieced, as this will not jar with the
rainbow effect of the other blocks.

Here's what I've got going on this puppy so far. There's a HUGE set of
appliqued lips from the beginning of The Rocky Horror Picture Show (Johnny's
favorite movie). When I say huge, I mean 36 x 54 inches. That's set on a
black background for the center. Then, I have 36 or so 9 x 9 blocks set
around it. Eighteen of those blocks are 3 x 9 strips of red, orange, and
yellow. The other 18 are green, blue, and purple. I'm arranging them so
that the fully rainbow is seen in 18 x 18 blocks. I may change my mind on
that, but oh well. I'm leaving room for additional blocks/fabrics/whatever,
since it appears so many of you beautiful souls want to help out.
Therefore, feel free to do whatever you want. Or not. Up to you.

Anastasia

--who REALLY does not want to come off sounding like she's hitting people up
for blocks or fabric. My sainted mother brainwashed me this way, so I
apologize if I seem "needy." Back to the lips!

I sent a FQ just because I want to be a part of your project. It's a bright
red-orange batik that should work well in your project.
