Can't believe it--51/2 year old UFO completed!

Default Can't believe it--51/2 year old UFO completed!

The title says it all! Well, almost. Not sure why it looks smaller
than when it was a top (see Warm Wishes in WIP album), especially
since I added the border.

Yup, got a bit of ripple on that border, and the tension on the back
is a little iffy, but DONE is GOOD!

Gorgeous, Heidi. Gorgeous.
Now . .. here's what you do with that ripple. Get the quilt very
lightly damp - a mister spray will do fine - and pin that rascal out true
and straight into the carpet with corsage pins or something. When it dries,
it will be as unrippled as a champ. It really will. Some fabrics are
tightly woven, some are mushy or soft and all sorts of variables attempt to
defy us. The blocking will put an end to that. So there! And yes, yes.
