You can shower at the Y. Also truck stops have showers. In Alaska,
laundromats usually have showers. Showers also available at the commons at
University.

For at home, buy a couple gallons of water for washing hands and brushing
teeth.

As for the flushing, I guess you've never been through a drought. Most
Californians are familiar with "If it's yellow, let it mellow; of it's brown
flush it down.

We Americans are terribly spoiled in our use and low rates for water.
