Good morning everyone!!

Ok - I finally had a chance to go and see all the links that were
given. I really liked four of the designs in the Botanical Collection
of Serendipity Designs - the Day Lillies, Irisies, Dutch Tulip, and
Narcissus. I wish they all had white flowers, though. I think at
this point I don't want to introduce too much color because the china
I have displayed in the hutch is a rich rust/orange colored border
with a smaller sage green outer border. So if I were to put in a
color, I'd probably make it in that range.

I'm thinking that I'll go ahead and get the Orchids and Calla kits - I
was able to see them up close on the other links and they look very
detailed. And since they're such large designs, I may not even need
more than two. Once those are in, I may choose to put in the Dutch
Tulip and Narcissus from Serendipty's collection if I feel like I
still need *something*. I think the reason I'm leaning towards
Lanarte's designs is that they are more dramatic and will hold a
presence even if it's just two designs on a large wall. My DH isn't
crazy about the Callas though so I think I'll start with the Orchids
and take it from there. He does like that one.

Thank you again SO much for all of your input!! I'll probably place
the order soon (waiting on a paycheck!) and then I'll keep you posted
on my progres - I have a feeling I'm going to need a lot of moral
support on these!

I found this kit and it seems like it's a beautiful design but they
haven't stated who the designer might be. Does anyone have any idea?
It would affect my decision on whether or not to pick it up as I'm
planning to place an order on a couple of their other items anyway. I
tried to see where I might get the best value so that's how I came
across this site. Of course, I'd need more designs similar to it but
this one just caught my eye.

Or if anyone has any other suggestions, here's what my thoughts a
I'm trying to make a series of patterns in a similiar tone and subject
for my very long dining room wall. We have painted the dining area a
muted sage green and we have dark wood furniture that is very
contemporary and clean looking with a glass top table. I was thinking
something floral to contrast with the straight lines of the tables and
chairs and maybe warm up the room. But nothing loud that would
detract from the colors we're gong with. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Nadia
