Hi,
I'm in the directory and would like a copy of your excel document.

My directory came in spreadsheet format. All I had to do was copy and

paste
it into a blank Excel doc. I'll be glad to share it! Just let me know if

you
want it.

If I remember correctly you had to specify the desired format (text of
spreadsheet, hence the last column in the table) when filling in the info?

I have received the directory! Yippee! Thanks so much to LN and Sandy for
doing this, I know what kind of work goes into maintaining a directory. The
last time the directory was updated, someone converted it to an Excel
spreadsheet. I can't remember who that was, but I was wondering if that was
going to be done with this version. I would be glad to help if directions
are provided. Thanks!

You are correct and I did see that requirement and requested the text
version. I thought the spreadsheet format meant a table-like version rather
than a word document. I remember this from a previous version. At that
time, someone converted one of the formats into an Excel spreadsheet format.
I guess I should have asked, but I have received the Excel file now and all
is well.

Yes, that's correct. But it is not an Excel format spreadsheet. I'm glad
there are excellent Excellers out there willing to help us, so LN doesn't
have to put up with all our proclivities.

You're wonderful! Thanks. That's how the excel version gets out there.
Someone will take it, convert it, and either offer to send it out ONLY TO
THOSE IN THE DIRECTORY or will send to me and I'll send it out.

I always appreciate the extra work of others... Such as you and Sandy!

Thanks.

Thanks so much for the Directory gals !!!!!
I've converted it to Excel. About the first thing I did. Plus fine tuned
it a bit in lining it up in the cells etc. Due to my orderly nature in
things like this.
If you are in the Directory and would like an Excel copy please feel free

to
email and ask me and I'll get you off a copy. Please make it subject

line
appropriate though as I dump things I don't recognize without opening.

I just haven't learned to convert. I'm sure I could figure it out, but don't
have the mental energy I used to have. LOL

So I'm glad others out there have already done it and are willing to share
the file.

I'm sure I could learn to convert it, also. But a kind soul already helped
me so I don't have to! Recoup your energy, LN. There'll be another update
due in 6 months or so. G

Thank you, again, for all your work. Thanks, Sandy, for your help, too.

The spreadsheet version is actually a table in Word format. If you want
it in Excel format, you have to do your own "translating".

It's no trouble at all to convert and send out.......and YES to only those
in the directory
And it's you and Sandy that have done all the work
However, I had to giggle about some the birth years. Presuming not everyone
wanted to include their years and the computer must have used auto complete
and plunked in 2004. But then it's never to early to learn to quilt!!!!
