Learning Knitting English - again
Hi everyone!
I think I have learnt some new words again. What do I mean? I mean...I know the method I normally use when I cast on...I know how it looks. And I also know that it is called Continental Method or Double Cast-On Method. Or German Twist...something. Anyways...that is how I normally knit. I just wonder...isn't it work in cases you must cast on more stitches (for example if you knit something sideways aka cuff-to-cuff) ? Best: Pirjo |

Hi again!
Thank you for your response anyways. I think I just have to "jump from a cliff" or something like that. I know you know what I mean. Not literally, but figuratively. Best: Pirjo |

Hi Pirjo,
What are you knitting that you need to cast on more stitches? I've never done a cuff to cuff and have just added loops to the needle to make more stitches when needed. Hugs, Auntie Nora |

I think the trick Pirjo is to learn one thing at a time, and learn it well,
so that you can do it without having to look at the information for it, then move onto the next thing. This said, you have come along way since a couple of years back, and that is a good acheivement higz...Cher "Pirjo Ilvesvuori" wrote in message ... Hi Cher and all!
