Default OT G'pa in hospital

(aka hugs ;-) )

you know we will keep you in our harts while you go through all of this. it
isn't easy but after the scare of December you will deal with it a lot
better as you are already noticing.

just don't forget to enjoy life in-between it all ;-)

Latest update from mom a few hours ago:

Meme and Grandpa were both in good spirits at the hospital -- joking
around and being really lighthearted.
Fluid in lung as well as on lung, heart working overtime due to the
fluid -- something about enzymes or somethign in the blood work
upped the diuretic (sp?) and that has been helping with the fluid issue

Not sure how long they'll keep him this time -- main doc was out of
town and will be back on the case on Monday. I appreciate all the
continued thoughts/prayers/sentiments shared.

I think as a whole, the family is much more calm about this and less
panicked than what went on back in Dec. I know my mom and I certainly
are and are now at the point where we want him to comfortable and to
take things as he wants/is ready to now. I'm still not ready to lose
him (don't think I ever will be) but I don't feel like my world is
going to stop at the thought of it anymore, ya know? Sorry for the
downer turn with this -- mom and I did a lot of talking about things
tonight (ran the batteries down on BOTH our cell phones doing it too
*snicker*)

Thanks again,
Tricia

PS, if I have to disappear downstate unexpectedly, I'll try to have
hubby do a post so you all'll know what's going on.
