Though I mostly lurk here, I do chat with a few members and read darn near
every post. I have had the honor of being a stop on Jeanne's Whirlwind
American Tour. I live in the eastern panhandle of WV, with DH , youngest of
4 (21 yr old who works nights), and a BUNCH of critters. 4 horses, 2 dogs
(my much beloved Berner, Hawk, passed right before Thanksgiving), 3 cats,
peacocks, chickens and parrots (2 African Greys....Omar Mean as a Snake &
Rocky Rock) and a Senegal.

I am the child development & disabilities specialist for a tri-county Head
Start program. I am envious of those of you who have retired, I will
probably be working in my 90s. Love to applique, and must confess to a
budding addiction to those stitcherie things.

And Polly, I too make a killer banana bread.
