I got 4 new quilt books this year (Strips and Strings, Nickel Quilts,
5500 Quilt Block Designs and another about embroidery); some small
stocking stuffers I had picked myself (thimble stickies, basting spray,
applique glue, a little fabric) and some I hadn't (a lingerie bag for
washing fat quarters in, a magnetic pin picker-upper). But my biggest
quilty gift was a certificate for a homemade "quilt design wall of my
choosing" by DH. He made it a few days after Christmas, and there is a
photo of it in my webshots album (last photo in sewing album). I love
it, and it has motivated me to reorganize my sewing area, which badly
needed to be done.
