The bags need to be freezer bags and you need to be sure to get as much air
out as possible so the bags don't swell and pop! Three eggs will not work
and I suspect that the fewer items you add, the faster it cooks, and also
the smaller the eggs. We sort of draped ours over the edge of the pot so
just the eggy part was in the water -- they slipped right out of the bags
and looked like nicely rolled omelets.
