It is like new. g One quilt top will have to be redone. Seams unraveled
when I washed it.

My theory is that if the old stuff has been 'out of sight' long enough to

be
'out of mind' for even a little bit then it's just like getting new stuff.
Enjoy your 'new' stash, Mary! I'm still coming across stuff that got

packed
away last year when our duaghter, son-in-law, and their 2 boys lived with

us
for 3 or 4 mos. while they were between houses and the new construction

got
slowed down.

Several years ago when our divorced son and his boys moved in with us, I

put
a lot of my things in totes and stacked them in a corner of our bedroom

and
tossed even more. Now that the family is back to the two of us and my

craft
room is being set up, I pulled out the totes. Low and behold--clothing
patterns I thought were tossed, flannel, cotton, good old poly double

knit,
a quilt top I embroidered 25 years ago, and who knows what else. I will
start sorting another day.
