Glass panels in wrought iron frames by
AntiChrist
I have a nice source for wrought iron items with black powdercoat
finish, all of which are for installing leaded panels. So I make the
panels and they fit fairly nicely in the openings but how to secure
them? My first thought was that you could solder them in but I can't
seem to get the solder to...

fix lead lines by
[email protected]
Hi all,
My experience in glasswork consists of a community college class which
was about six years ago. Now I am trying to get back into it. Some of
my lead lines are looking a little icky, and it seems the more I mess

some...

Who installs YOUR glass by
Plastic Sturgeon
I am looking for good installers for stained glass in Los Angeles, where
code requires door and window installations be done by a licensed
contractor. Could you share how you have found contractors to install your
glass work?
Thanks

kilns by
Romayne Naylor
I am a stained glass hobbyist who would like to experiment with fusing
and/or slumping glass. I have an opportunity to buy one or both of two
kilns that a friend's grandmother used for many years to fire
bisqueware. I don't know if they are right for glass work and neither
of us have a clue as to a...

Table top glass by
[email protected]
All,
We have just bought a pair of U-shaped coffee tables that fit together
in a variety of interesting ways. One of these gives a 120cm (4')
square table with a 40cm x 40cm (16" x 16") hole in the middle. My
fiancee would like to purchase a 50cm x 50cm (20" x 20") sheet of acid
etched glass to...
