blindly scoring forwards by
badcatbailey

'cutting' my glass, but when it comes to 'pattern making' there are so many
different opinions on the best way to proceed.
To some, the best way is...

[email protected]
i think that another direction for me to head next (maybe in 6-9
months) might be mosaics...
i had considered fusing but since it would require a whole different
supply of glass (ie, i can't use the scrap glass i have now) i think
those plans are not going to get off the ground...but the idea

Puffy
There is a very real possibility that the only local glass supplier in my
small town will be closing soon. I was offered the opportunity to take over
the shop, but I really know nothing about running a store or what even to
offer the owner for the store and contents. It sells retail works as...

I have been glass fusing since last couple of months. still have a long

crystal ball question by
socal
Hello,
I see you have discussed crystal balls before, but i am still stumped
as to what i have. I bought a sphere about 10 years ago at a resale
shop. The diameter is approx. 18". It is very pretty and fairly heavy.
I do not think it's quartz because of some tiny pin point sized bubbles
inside. The...

I have been lurking here for a few months. I am an amateur stain glass

Diamond Wire Saw - Help! by
James D. Farrow
Hi!
I need to cut intricate curves in stone.
I have looked at the Gryphon Omni-2 Wire Saw but it only has a vertical
throat of .35". I need one that will cut thicker stock. Say 2".
Are there any other brand of wire saws that have this capacity?
Thanks & regards,
