Harlequin patterned paper by Paula Salvadore

Need website address- I lost it! Help by eliquint
Last week there was a post by someone who was getting rid of all their stamps (unmounted) they had painfully low prices. I use tombo pen markers to do watercoloring on my cards. I read somewhere that prismacolor markers were better. But they seem to be permanent markers which I assume means you could not use water to blend them ? Has anyone ever watercolored with prismacolor markers ? Hugs from France, Joanne check...
