My Sis that "works a LOT" sent this to me. No, we don't know who wrote it,

3D quilt safe for babies? by
Hanne Gottliebsen
Friends of mine are expecting a baby about the time (or just after) I
next will be on the same continent as them.
Now, until now I've made the baby quilts _after_ the baby was born, but
I think this time I'd rather do it early and give it to the parents in
person (or maybe if the timing fits to...

3D sketch software by
Linda[_4_]
Has anyone here used the 3D or 4D sketch software from Husqvarna Viking? I
am trying to learn to use it to turn some line drawings into embroidery
files to use for quilting. Tracing with the pen on the tablet is not as easy
as it sounds. Is there a better way to do this?

3rd day into reclaiming quilt room by
cozy
Today was not as eventful as the last 2. But it's part of the trip it
takes to get where I'm going, and there was progress:
Today I went out and did some necessary shopping, which included picking up
two of the 3 deep drawer cabinets and few things, then drug it all home.
I began to lose energy...

3rd speech by
Brian Christiansen
My first speech in my "what a quilter needs" series was about needing an
idea and some possible soures for these ideas, my second was about tools (or
"hardware"), though I think I tried to put way too much in the speech. My
third will be about consumables (or "software"), such as material, etc....

3rd time's the charm--LONG by
Denise in NH
I am in the process of setting up my sewing room for what I hope will be
the last time. When DS moved out I had a beautiful room with a large
picture window overlooking the trees. It still had a bed so it doubled
as a guest room. Boomerang kid moved back and I had to give it up, but
left most of...

I have been really looking forward to this holiday, as it should give me 4
days off in a row! I haven't been near my machine at home in months. ( I did
take it to a sew-in where we made tote bags for a Christmas Craft sale with

4 inch block ideas by
Audrey
I am looking for ideas or patterns for 4 inch blocks of numerous fabrics. I
must be addicted to e-bay purchases of this size block. (it was almost as
much fun as quilting) Any suggestions for projects other than joining them
together in rows? thank you in advance.
