Janet's Fire {{{Quilt}}} by
Tia Mary-remove nekoluvr to reply
Hi Guys,
Well, I am back from Lizard Land and getting ready to upload pics of Janet
receiving her {{{Quilt}}} with help from her new fur babies. I need to know if
everyone who wants to see the individual block pics has done so. It's a HUGE
album and I will start deleting some of those photos now...

selling fabric bowls by
Puffins
Has anyone had any luck selling these bowls? It seems like it's really hard to
sell anything for more than a few dollars. And, if you have had success selling
them, what are they priced at?
Thanks a lot!

If you are still looking for strawberries email me privately with your
snail mail. I'll get it out to you next week when I return from my trip.
I am in the directory but I can't access mine as it's on the other computer.

E-bay Fabric Alert (I-Spy) by
Mardi
Hi All:
While surfing E-bay today looking for dragonflies, I stumbled across a
great E-bay store. This lady is selling 3 yard cuts of juvenile
prints for $8.50. These will make great backings for baby quilts or
to be cut up for I-Spy quilts.
She is also selling what she calls "headers". They...

Rainbow Wrap pattern from Rag Merchant by
hfw
Anyone try this yet? The pattern just arrived today, but I really don't
understand the instructions. I saw a finished one at an LQS a bit back and
it looked as if theirs had the right side of the fabric out and the ragged
edge seams on the back side of the fabric (in other words,...

Help! Need source for "Easy Pieces Quilt Shapes" kits by
JudyL91982
Does anyone know of a current source for the "Easy Pieces Quilt Shapes" kits
sold by JoAnn and Cloth World about 10 years ago?
I'm trying to find a hexagonal star kit designed by Meredith French and have
been unable to find one. JoAnn no longer sells these kits, and I haven't been
able to find...

The second whatchagot box is on its way to the post office right now. Thanks
to DH Robert.
I had such fun going through the pile of fabrics, sometimes wondering "How
could she bear to let this go?" or "I wonder what she used this for?" and
sometimes "What the heck made her buy this?" I'm sure you...

I am looking for a piece of old purple velvet to reline a 19th century
jewelry box. A piece the size of a quilt square would do. I can get the
new velvet - this piece needs to be old. Any leads would be appreciated.
Also looking for old wool felt in solid yellow - the newer yellow felt is

Thread alert by
Mardi
Hi All:
I recently purchased some 100% cotton thread on E-bay from a seller in
Turkey. I was somewhat hesitant because the price was so incredibly
good (under $1.00 per spool, even after factoring in the high
shipping).
