Precut glass shapes for soldered jewelry by
SoapnLotionLady
I am looking for a source for precut glass shapes..circles, squares,
ovals, rectangles, etc. in sizes from 1/2" to 2" cut from 1mm clear
glass to use in making soldered jewelry. Simply Swank carries this
but they are out of stock on a lot of the shapes and have been for a
couple of weeks at least....

Where to buy clear colored glass? by
DeanB
Anyone know where to buy large sheets (36x48") sheets of transparent
(clear) deeply-colored glass? Looking for red, cobalt blue, green.
If large sheets are not available, I've even had trouble finding
smaller sheets in completely plain clear glass in these colors.
Any help appreciated.

FS: Flux brush by
Chemo the Clown
I have a nice used flux brush for sale. I bought it up in Canada a
while back. Some of the bristles are missing (actually, quite a few)
and the handle has a little dirt and oxidation on it but other than
that, it still works. I think you can get replacement bristles from a
Canadian supplier.....I...

Jman
I'm torch firing enamel powders, frits, Diachroic, etc. on 24 oz
copper sheets.. I want to retain some of the natural copper color in
some areas of the pieces after being torched (no underglaze..), so I
need to remove the firescale.
Mostly, I've been using SPAREX #2 and a dremel (with an arsenal...

Why this NG has sucked so bad.... by
Jman
Yep,
I said it.... As a matter of fact, it had to be said. Most of the
people on this newgroup seem not willing to participate because of a
handful of people's (I'm not excluding myself here either folks...)
willingness to be as pompous and self rightous as possible. The
traffic that this NG...

Where is everyone? by
JK
Geez it's like a graveyard here lately. I took a job teaching computers to
kids 1st-8th grades at a private school 45 minutes drive away. They are
spoiled, undisciplined, unruly, obnoxious, and I hate every minute of it.
When I told this to an old buddy he said, "well it could be worse.... you...
