very simple original craft project for kids by
[email protected]
So they always glue some macaroni on a plate and Grandpa shoves it in a
drawer. Here is an easy project for kids of all ages using free metal
film cartridges from any 1 hour photo lab. Grandpa will probably use it
all the time: stamp or sticky note dispensers. Cute and easy to make.
And free! Free...

Soldering wire in crafting? by
KLS
Anyone use soldering wire for non-soldering purposes? Does it tarnish or
discolor over time? I'm thinking of those garden decorations that have
dangling marbles wrapped loosely in some kind of wire. Would soldering
wire work for that?
Thanks,
Karen

Guillotine with "Deckle" edged cutting blade ? by
John
I'm looking for an economically priced, second-hand Guillotine with
"Deckle" edged blade for use in the making of Greetings Cards.
I've tried several times on Yahoo, and am now taking a chance in
relevant news groups without success.
I would appreciate any help in obtaining one.
Thank you.

what kind of coating? by
cydisc
I'm making a fairly large quantity of keychain/luggage tag size items
from inkjet shrink film (think 'shrinky dink'). The problem I have is
that once the shrink film shrinks from baking, the image side is prone
to scratching and will even peel off the plastic. I need some kind of
coating that I...

Allan Adler
I tried posting this on misc.consumers and didn't get any replies.

I used to buy my plastic milk crates from Staples. I also bought rollers
for them there. I went to Staples today to get some more rollers and,
