Ink stain help needed by
Denise G.
I just found a large deep purple ink stain on my diningroom quilt table
cloth. My guess is the ink came off of something I purchased at a
store, as I sometimes unload groceries on this table.
I know I can google an answer, but hoped someboday here has had success
with removing ink from a...

Quilt Odyssey by
Teresa/LadyDoc
Is anyone here going to Quilt Odyssey in Hershey in July?
I've signed up for Deidra McElroy's That Perfect Stitch plus two of
the lectures. I'm looking forward to it, but am curious as I've never
been to this show before.
Anyone with advice, information, etc?

picture of us both in front of my quilt, BUT, since my quilt is a white
whole cloth with pastel varigated threads, it does not show up too well. I

I need some help- recently on a trip, I was in a small quilt shop and the owner
showed me a darling wall hanging with a row of pumpkins and a kitty
s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d out in front of them. It was aproximately 18" X 30" but when
I asked to see the pattern, she said she didn't have it yet, this was...

lost a web site by
Helen in MN
There is a store site where on the right hand side of the screen they list
the different designers and lines- they carry a lot of Moda. They also sell
stuff ( I think) for $4/yd and less in their sale categories. I lost the
site and they had stuff I liked. Can anyone help?
Thanks in...

For NightMist by
CNYstitcher
Took your advice and got some re-inking done. Had the Claddagh on my
ankle re-inked and added my childrens initials and birthdates under it.
It looks *awesome*!! Eventually, I will have the moon and star
re-inked as well, but not today.
Thought I would share and say thanks for telling me about...

quilt back question by
Laurie G.
Can anyone direct me to the site that shows how to figure yardage for the
"diagonal" pieced backs? I had it....once. Can't find it now. I have backing
fabric that I want to use but it isn't quite enough for vertical or
horizontal piecing.
Thanks!
Laurie G.

growth quilt by
Irrational Number
I finished DS's first birthday present last week.
It's his growth chart. I hope you can see the
heart; that's his length at birth (20 inches).
The number "1", of course, is for his height at
his first birthday, 30 inches... Time sure flies.

Sewing Machine Update by
Sharon Harper
Well, Gerty is still quite ill. The SM repair guy (who said he'd be here
10am Saturday) rang at 11 and asked when we'd be home until. DH was talking
to him and I yelled out "tell him not to bother, we'll call after vacation".
I believe SM man heard this and promised he'd call or be here by...

Funny in your last post you mentioned "2 more sleeps". When my nephew Dan
was 3 he couldn't understand time frames to well so we always told him how
many "wake ups" til the event. He is 20 now and we still say it for
upcoming events! Have a safe trip. Linda

I finally finished going through the Whatchagot box yesterday and sent it

Help finding site, please. by
Becky
Some time back, someone posted the URL for a site that was a fairly
mathematical explanation of a number of tile shapes suitable for
adaptation as quilt patterns, some of them tesselating. Prominent among
them was the kite shape. I have googled and googled, and I cannot find that
site. Came to...

The Malec pattern Golden Retriever wallhanging is done, except for the label.
I've posted a picture of it on my little website. BTW, when I remember, I will
try to post new pictures at the top for easy viewing. Just forgot this time.
