Earrings using chain for ear wire by
Su/Cutworks
Hi, everyone,
I have an old pair of earrings that were done with a length of flexible wire
as the ear wire, and I can't find anything similar anywhere. I'd like to
find the components in silver if possible, and would appreciate any hints.
Thank.

Fashion beading input...what's new for fall? by
Dr. Sooz
We sometimes talk here about what's in fashion, whereby we fine tune our
beading sensibilities in order to obtain more money in sales. We don't ho for
the fashion industry at the cost of our creativity, but it's nice to know
what's up.
Various mags have been suggested as info sources. I bought a...

Introducing Lola by
Lola
Hi, guys! Some of you know who I am, and the rest of you will surely
figure it out when you read the next couple of lines;
My mom is visiting, and she googles me sometimes. I need to be able to
complain to my friends using a pseudonym or I will go mad.
I'm also still recovering from my wretched...

OT Lest anyone see me as harsh by
Dr. Sooz
I want to explain something. I know I don't need to, but I need to. I need to
ask some things too.
I have a bad reaction to people coming here and asking us to do their legwork
for them, and displaying other bad manners. By that I don't mean someone like
Pam, who asks what we think about...

AD kinda.... Taking color requests by
Kandice Seeber
I am asking only because there are so many colors and so little time. :) I
am going to be making some smaller lampwork sets to put on my web site and
in the eBay store, and want to know what color combos everyone would like.
Sort of an informal poll. :) My creative muse needs a little nudge! ...

I finally finished my first "embellished square stitch" bracelet from the
instructions that Sooz sent to several of us a couple of weeks ago. It
actually took me longer to make the toggle than it did to make the bracelet!
Here's a...

Lampwork Signature Bead? by
Charlie
BF and I were chatting and he thinks I should have a "signature line" of
jewellery. This is a great idea from him and he also thought it would be
cool to have beads incorporated into the pieces that used "my colours" (deep
orange and purple). So, would there be any lampworkers around who would...

so....you want to talk copying? by

Walk a mile in my shoes....
The polymer clay community has to be one of the worst concerning the
copying battle. To most of them...if they can see it...they can try to
copy and sell it.
When I call a person I get trashed from one end of the internet to the
other...called names I shall not repeat...

OT rant -- Stupid Ex hurt Mercury! by
Dr. Sooz
Mercury got his poor little "ankle" (front paw) injured by my stupid, stupid
ex-husband. It'll take a piece of metal and two screws to put it back together
again -- which means arthritis. And it was so, so stupid! STOO-PID!
He and I've had a zillion dogs together -- we first had pets in 1978. ...

I need help and I'm sure that a lot of you can help me.
I have a very dear friend who hasn't had a happy life for the last several
years. In the grand scheme of things, she is doing okay but in reality she's
not happy. Her career is not stable, her lovelife is in the toilet, her
emotions are so...

show you how I got to the cost:
