Anyone know of a good cross-stitch kit or pattern for a Baby's First
Christmas ornament?
I have googled for one but I haven't found much of anything.

Here is the link to my cross-stitch projects on my website. I am trying to

Hippity, Hoppity, Easter's on it's way... by
aeromom
Anybody know of a pretty Easter counted cross-stitch kit or leaflet?
Something with a cross with religious overtones or even bunnies with eggs
and baskets would be okay.
I have Googled my eyes out but found sparse pickings.
Thanks,

x-stitch bib backing question by
aeromom
My DDIL is stitching a stamped x-stitch bib and wants to put some kind of
material or lining on the back of the stitching to protect it during
washings. Any ideas?

Do you know where this saying came from? by

Does anyone know where this saying came from?
A beacon on the shore is a comfort to the soul.
I want to add it to a lighthouse x-stitch.
Thanks,

First Grandson on the way! by
aeromom
My son called today to tell me that the sonogram showed definite
evidence that my new grandchild is a boy! Yay! After twin
granddaughters I am ready for the pitter-patter of blue booties.
Anyone have any suggestions for a boy birth announcement chart,
booklet, or even a kit --counted cross-stitch...

aeromom
How do you store your charts and kits? Big box, file drawer, basket, what?
I think my collection (Yes, I plan to stitch each and everyone of
them-someday...) is getting out of hand. Just wanted some imput from folks
here on how to organize this stuff.

What's the deal with this color? by
aeromom
I have a chart that calls for DMC 817. It is a red floss. Might have a touch
of rust to it. Anyway, I went to three stores before I found it! Hobby Lobby
had it. Can anyone tell me why this is such a popular color? Just curious.

Finished the motor home piece! Yay! by
aeromom
Yay! Last night I finished the motor home cross-stitch piece I was doing for
my brother and his wife! I took a couple of pictures of it but it may be a
while before I can upload them to my website. I stitched it on an 18 count
Aida so it would be small enough for them to hang it in the motor home....

New project on the way to me.... by
aeromom
Just ordered "Happy Everything" by Little River on-line. Should arrive in a
few days.
Might be fun to start it during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays
since it is a collective holiday theme.

Ideas for small items for a fund raiser by
aeromom
Does anyone have any cross-stitch project ideas for a non-profit fund
raiser?
Small items would probably work best. Something I could do quickly--maybe
Christmas ornaments, etc.

Hanging by a Thread by
aeromom
Finally got around to reading Monica Ferris's novel, Hanging by a Thread. Is
that the last or latest in the series? What a great read, as they say. This
was the perfect time of year to read it because the time of year in the book
is October. She can make me feel the warm coziness of the needlework...

Searching High and Low for Santa Cards Kit by
aeromom
I have been searching high and low, but mostly on Google, for a kit or
chart that I recently saw on the Internet. It has 6 Santas frolicking
around in the snow. I think these Santas each make a Christmas card.
They are each doing something different. One Santa is listening to
music on his...
