I'm thinking of getting some jewellery in diferent combinations of silver

anyone heard of this? by
m4816k
My dad was a hunter, and a few days ago he gave me some deer's teeth. He
told me that those can be used to make jewellery, but that it's common to
process them like gemstones and then set them into gold or silver. The
problem is, I've never seen those teeth after they've been processed, cause
I've...

Hi all
Does anybody know of a source of 2nd-hand lapidary equipment in the UK?
I'm hoping to start up doing some slabbing, polishing, cabs etc - but
I'm a bit daunted by the price of new equipment over here - seems to be
'pounds = dollars' again...!
Alternatively - any Stateside suppliers that...

Kaytee,
There is no additional cost of "american hallmarks", simply because there isn't
really any such thing. A hall mark gets it's name from the fact...

??? How can I tell the dif. real Rolex and replica ??? by
NE333RO
I bought a "rolex" for $1,350.00 It is pre-owned. I bought it as a genuine,
but could still be real good replica. I cannot see the serial # on the back,
but I know that at the begining, rolex would put them inside the back case.
Is this true? On each end of the band where it meets the case, it...

chain weight question by
m4816k
I'd like to buy myself a silver chain, but don't know what weight to go for.
Chain would be worn daily, and with a 7 gram pendant (which I already have)
on it. I wouldn't like it to be too fragile, but I also wouldn't like it to
be too heavy and uncomfortable for everyday wear. Any suggestions?
