I missed your request and don't know if anyone suggested this before,
but you could search on e-bay every now and then. (It is not listed now.)
Also, you might check the used bookstore websites like
http://www.alibris.com/ and http://www.bookfinder.com/. (Not listed at
these now either.) You could also post a message to the Yahoo groups -
Stashtraders, Knitting-ForSale; and Knitswap. (I found Winter 00/01 listed
at Knitswap on 7/14.)
