And the bite is in rather critic place. I am not so good to
describe. But now those needles deserve the break. I mean
like retirement. And maybe a new, catless home. Best: Pirjo

I always have to hide mine away from the cats. They seem to find them
irresistible.

I see you are making progress... seriously, Pirjo, could you ever
imagined about driving backwards a week ago? :-)))
You remind me of my students (Italian and Russian language, no driving,
LOL): they are now in the phase love-hate of the language and they look
so afraid of their own voce sounding with strange sounds. Expecially
people in Russian group, they look like: it´s really me saying that?
I use to say: it´s the medecine which is working, when the body reacts
against it :-)
I read somewhere that for reaching automatism (knitting, crocheting,
saying buongiorno or do svidanija) you have to do that at least twenty
times, so no problem, after 20 times backwards you´ll be simply perfect!
Think about those who are going to take a motocicle driving license:
THAT is difficult! A friend of mine told me that for the perfect
starting you have to practice it at least 3000 times! Gosh!

Pirjo, sorry for bothering you. Could you say me if your snail address
is the same? A yes or no is enough (and the new address privately, if
you have one). I´m going to the Post Office this afternoon and I would
like to send you the little mesuring stuff.

Hugs,

Anna Maria

Nothing has changed, A-M. Nothing has changed. And that driving
thing...well...I have been dreaming about one thing...driving to my late
granny's place, back to my roots. But I think it takes 2 days from me, when
dad made it in 4 hours. It is 4 hours from here to there and 4 hours back.

You have a target to achieve and you´ll do it Pirjo, be sure!
By the way, I was soooo happy yesterday evening when my "Russian"
students could read some words all by themselves (they are beginners, of
course)! WOW!

Ah A-M, I am so happy for you! So happy! I must confess
sometimes I feel I deserve only misery, not this happiness I
enjoy now.

Thanks Pirjo for sharing my happiness!
No one in the world deserves misery, so why should you?
Be happy and enjoy life!

BTW, I didn´t go the postal office today, so I´ll send you the ruler
tomorrow or on Sunday from Central Station.
Hope you´ll receive it on Monday or Tuesday!

I am speechless, A-M! I just...have a skill to mess everyone's lives. I just
am happy I have friends like you...I mean...you have been so patient with
me. Sometimes I feel I do not deserve it. But usually I am my normal
self..you should know that side of me already. :) I love making surprises
and things like that. Thanks for being there.
