depends on how many you need.

you can get them for .05 at http://www.expressive-impressions.com with a
minimum order from the site of $50.00

When asked for your tax id, your SSN is fine...it IS your tax id. And if
you are selling anything, you should declare the information on your
taxes...lots of stuff is tax deductible.

A couple other places to comparison shop:

www.rainbowsoflight.com ($75 min.)
www.gerriscrystals.com
www.inmcrystal.com (although their selection doesn't seem as extensive as it
used to be)
http://www.mountainlillith.com/ (if you don't see what you want on her site,
ask)

As Sooz said, Letrinkanow on ebay is wonderful.

There is also an ongoing bulk buy on the Yahoo! bulk bead buying group.
